PAINTING WITH FOOD: GF FiSh TacOs
1) Start off with any white fish you like and just saute using olive oil, garlic, cilantro and red onions. I added in some purple cabbage which turned the fish a cool blue color!
2) Buy a GF, sprouted corn tortilla. I used Food for Life which comes frozen so you can pop into the toaster oven for a minute and it comes out nice and toasty.
3) Add on any condiments you like. I used tomatoes, fresh cilantro, avocado and pre-made mango salsa.
Use the colors to paint an array of colors into your dish. And there you go: a health conscious Van Gogh!
