3) Lowers levels of cortisol, the stress hormone.
4) Increase the production of serotonin and dopamine, which make the brain feel good.
5) Increase the amount of hemoglobin in your blood. Hemoglobin carries oxygen through your body so think of a hug as a gulp of fresh air.
So basically quite similar to the effects of chocolate but minus the calories 🙂 Now that’s sexy!
