warm cereal

GOOD FOR ME EATS:

I always struggle with breakfast now that I’m working on honoring my food allergies (dairy, gluten and the biggest bummer for breakfast, eggs.)

Here is a simple one: warm cereal made with quinoa, coconut milk, bananas and some pecans/walnuts for crunch. 

Takes 5 minutes to prep, gives me tons of energy and leaves me light and without the need for a post breakfast nap. YUM!!!
