Session 1: Definitions remixed
From tantra to orgasms to sex, we are taking everything we know and throwing it into the fire for a bigger dream… deeply sacred (but also playful, hot) sex.
Session 2: Erotic Alchemy
It all begins with understanding how you can use breath to be with, amplify and transmute energy. In this session, we learn about becoming alchemical masters through the breath.
Session 3: Safety, Sensuality and Sensitivity
Safety is sexy AF. It sounds as boring as eating cardboard but without safety, we cannot fully relax into possibility. In this session, we cover all the different aspects of safety to weave into your practices.
Session 4: Polarity Fundamentals
We break down what essential universal principles of polarity can help increase desire (between two poles, two people or two parts of yourself) and we throw out the weird dogmatic shit that is not helping anyone.
Session 5: A Dash of Dark
We are not here to just love & light all over ourselves. If you have light, you have dark so let’s liberate the darkness with some fun, conscious erotic shadow work meets kink. No, this does not mean you have to do anything you don’t want to. Ever. This session is about finding the taboo and shame and freeing yourself from it – YOUR WAY.
Session 6: The Art of Worshipping your Lover
There is nothing more beautiful than feeling loved and appreciated by your lover or partner. Even if you’re taking this program solo, this practice is about learning to shower your own body or another’s with love.
Session 7: Integrating the practices into your life
My partner, Alex Mischka (who is an Erotic Blueprint coach & the creator of Dark Lover) will join us on this call where we break down how we use these tools in our daily lives and take you through a practice of doing the same.
All of these modules will include both solo and partner practice options which you will practice on your own between sessions.

What will I be asked to do on a live call?
You don’t ever have to do anything ever ever ever in my programs. Everything is an invitation.
Though the practices are meant to evoke more of your erotic which is SO welcome, most of the deeper versions of the practices are done on our own alone.
Everything I will teach will be more technical and foundational on the calls of THIS course.
Nudity???!
There is no nudity in this course. That’s all.
Do I have to show up to the live calls?
Not at all. If you are unable to make the times or you’d rather just do this as a private journey, you can do this entire program using the recordings.
What if I’m shy AF?
I’m all about you honoring your needs. You are always welcome to have camera off for the practices (or the entire call!) if that’s what will help you be a yes to learning these beautiful practices.

Do I have to be in a CIS-hetero relationship to do this program?
Nope. All polarity + tantric principles can be applied to any kind of relationship (irrespective of format, gender, sex, or identity). I know the banner is man + woman because the majority of my couples are in fact cis-hetero and collaging many diff couples doesn’t give the same vibe… but know this is for everyone.
