Lentil soup

Gals, this recipe is so easy and so hearty, you gotta try it!

What you need:
1 cup of brown lentils
1 bunch of swiss chard
2 chopped carrots
1 cubed potato
1/2 onion
handful of cilantro 
2 lemons
olive oil

Brown the onions, add the cilantro to saute for a minute. Add 1 cup of lentils + 3 cups of water or broth. Add in the potatoes and carrots and cook for 50-1hr. In the last 15 mins, add in chopped swiss chard and the juice of 1 lemon.

Serve with lemon slices.
