It’s monday morning and you need an extra boost? Skip the long line at Starbucks and make yourself a HOMEMADE FRAPPUCCINO!

Espresso (if you don’t have this, you can make your drip coffee with half the water)
Coconut Milk
cocoa nibs
2-3 pitted dates

For superfoods, you can either put in a mix of of your own (mila or maca are popular ones).

I like to use Rainbow Superfood Smoothie mix ( which contains 15 different super foods in one bag so you get just a little of everything. Overall, the taste is cocoa powder-ish so it’s not obnoxious at all.

Add in as much ice as you like. BLEND. SLURP. and VOILA.

CAUTION! Do not go super crazy on the superfoods. You may end up with so much energy you get your whole week’s to do list done today!
