Dulse flakes

TUESDAY TIP:
Instead of table salt to salt-ify your foods, try some dulse flakes.

Dulse is a rich source of vitamins A, C and E and B vitamins, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and iodine and it contains trace amounts of basically EVERY mineral! It also has an enzyme I can’t pronounce that is awesome for helping you turn sugar into fuel.

I just buy the flakes from the store and either incorporate in my salad or break into small pieces over my stir-frys. A small amount goes a long way! However, you can also buy dried dulse flakes in powder form and use it just like salt.

Shake shake shake shake your dulse.
