HEARTBREAK HANGOVER PART 2
You’ve finally decided to dust yourself off and start again. You guzzle a green juice and lemon water, you eat a nice salad for lunch and think “oh my this isn’t so hard” … until the 4pm sugar jones-ing kicks in.
Instead of letting yourself twitch as you stare at that leftover bag of oreos from your week of debauchery, how about you make yourself what I like to call Heartbreak Heaven.
– Buy a young coconut. Channel your frustrations with your ex into cutting it open. (You may need a youtube vid for this but I promise once you do it, it’s so totally worth it.)
– Drain out the coconut water and then scoop out the meat on the inside (wooden spoon preferred.)
– In your blender, throw in the meat, half the water, a tablespoon of organic natural peanut butter, some chocolate-covered cocoa nibs and cinnamon.
Dairy-free, gluten-free and guilt-free dessert in a cup. It’s full of electrolytes, potassium, mono & poly-unsaturated fats (the ones that BATTLE your cholesterol problem!) and anti-oxidants.
Now that’s bound to heal your aching breaking heart!
