Mandy Kaupp is an Embody teacher in San Francisco, CA. Mandy walks with woman on the journey back into the loving embrace of their body’s wisdom. In her class, you will likely feel hugged by Mandy’s nurturing energy. Her carefully curated soundtracks will loosen stuck places and gently encourage you to dance with your depths as you transform disempowering feelings and unearth freedom.
Outside of Embody class, Mandy oversees operations at a mental health practice and teaches S Factor feminine movement classes.
