For many years now, my work has been about Embodied Union: The inner dance of your different energies as the doorway to Love & Intimacy in your life.
I call myself an Embodiment & Intimacy coach because it is intimacy with self that will allow for true, soulmate kinda love.
And Embodiment is the method in which we get there.
So when I work with clients on Intimacy, we always begin with SELF-intimacy.
Feeling your body.
Deepening into your longing.
Expressing your range.
